tracing back old game ramblings~

i went to take a look at my old blog (hahhh bet you cannot find! ;D). wow. a hell lot of entries were pretty boring. oddly, the posts about games were strangely cynical and funny. one day i should create a blog dedicated to game ramblings.

here's a sample from my old blog...

"the day Kharg and Darc's party united was the day... abcdefg! so anyhow, the two brothers' teams join only like where, at the final dungeon. -.- i thought i'd have the pleasure of bringing the human units to the Deimos arena or the Deimos unit to the human arena but nooo... they went to destroy one arena and make the damned Flying Castle take off without warning. (then again i guess it wouldn't be logical... humans would panic and the Deimos would kill human units hahahaha) anyways, i bought 70+ Strongest Herb (best sounding name ever) just to use only 1 in the entire game. HAHAHAHA. so i fought the final boss using my ancient treasures (wow i never expected them to allow use of ancient treasures [side members] since they disallowed use for every other story battle) and my Medical Medicine woman (wondrous spell that casts full heal :DDDD!). and what do i get as a reward for playing this game. corny Kingdom Hearts driven story about some hope and light and darkness kok. =o= and what the fark no conclusion one the story!!!
i wish they'd show what happened after the grand fight, what the characters would do to continue their lives, rather than show that convenient Friend of the Spirits sitting there and playing her Ortena... so blooding unrewarding and boring = .=
and i went to load the Game Finished data. what the sai they leave behind??? what happened to all my romantic earrings and stone??? become 10 Bountiful Fruits, 50 Rescue Kits (???), 3 Diamond Coatings and a King Statuette? are you kidding me???"

oh my oh my... the kind of things i write a year ago! hahahaha.

Zopu, Zora, Zeto, Jette, Dohati, Gi Delilas, Lu Delilas, Che Delilas, Maya, Mei, (forgot Mei's father called what)... seriously man. of all the kok names i think Jette looks slightly better. what the hell is King Nebular... why wasn't he called King Nebulous!? somehow the whole world only biron monks know that Tieg is their God? = _=???
still don't understand why the Sol tower can survive 10yrs in a building just eating bread... where'd they get the grass to grow crops??
(then again... it's a 1998 game. hahahahha.) LoL as a title well suits the game!"

heyy! i got hit 2k! only use until .. erh... anyway. (you know, i was a richer kid before i came out of poly. think cuz no access to atm LOL. hahh so em, guard your money once you come out of schooling. :D)

hmm. unfit is indeed the right word. argh. but it's expanding..at an alarming rate. NO! hahahaha.

mwahahahaha... i have resorted to writing keywords on a note pad to remind myself what to write about on my blog! it just so happens that there are a couple of things that happened but i forgot to write them down. hee! i shall start on 2 meetings recently. :D

The Supposed Bowling Outing

hz, hq, lh and i bangseh everybody and go play bowling. nobody respond mah, so too bad lor *sniggers* (jermain bangseh-ed us -.-) our meeting time was i think, 2pm. then, a miracle happened. i reached at 2.30pm...and i was the earliest. *stun*

after some time, lh and hq appeared. but where was hz??? nowhere to be seen... you know what?? when i sms-ed her at 2.30pm, she told me, "i just woke up." with a full stop, no less.

so, lh hq and i went to ze Super Dog. erm. i do not remember what happened there except hq ADD-ing (attention deficit disorder-ing) on us and lh playing my phoenix wright. i have no idea what i was doing at that moment. i think hq was playing with my bandana. (loophole... she ADD and played with my bandana?? ...)


erh. i dunno why she thinks bandana is worn like that...


HAHAHA she complained so ugly, then why make this face right??? LOL.


so now came the grand question. to play bowling, or not to play. i set my phone on speaker mode, and we discussed with hz what to play. mahjong at my house?? bowling?? arcade?? slack?? do nothing stone kick each other?? we talked kok damn long... in the end... hz the wise decided, "AIYAH! arcade lah! see there got what then play what lah!"

so yah, there you have it ;D

hz reached at the grand hour of 4pm -.-|||

we went to the arcade. erm. actually my memory has begun to fade, so point forms for you! (in no particular order)

1. Ford Car Racing: it's horrible. i dunno if it's true, but hz told me that the car is supposed to be out of control. oh yeah?? my steering wheel wasn't even steering but the car was steering on its own??? wah lao, horrendous!! some prestigious car it is, but when rendered in 3D it becomes scrap car is it??

2. Daytona: haha. what can i say? i think it's time for me to go learn driving so i can do the so called legendary drift (it's no longer legendary...). i did drift on my PSP (LOL), and i thought it must be pretty easy, but after dunno 3 or so games on the Daytone machine (that mounts up to about 20+ rounds?), i only managed to drift once or twice, with a crash no less. *sighs* haha. pun joke alert. I DRIFTED INTO THE AIR AND CRASHED. *yeow!*

3. Arcade Basketball: One day let's all go there with at least 8 people!!! then we can occupy 4 machines and throw basketballs together!! :DDD we can hold tournaments!!! winners get to drink bubble tea!!! erh. anyways. i think it's a very nice group activity. yup. kns. hz say i throw aiming buey zhun. grrrr.

4. Bishy Bashy (spelling?): haha. hq is ze queen. but i think hz is pretty weird too. while hq is giving the machine the evil eye, hz is panicking, laughing, and basically losing the strength to smash the machine when essentially the whole point is to smash. -.-||| if you're looking for a bully target, it'll be her.

5. Time Crisis 3: so sad... i played this alone... *sighs* *perks up* either way!!! it brings back memories!! i used to be able to play the Lost World with my sis with only 3 tokens! :DDD that's about 12 lives. we ever played under $1.50, sometimes combined some more ;D it was so cool man! i remember we played all sorts of shooting games! on the star cruise, we played ocean hunter all the way to the final boss and defeated it, and when we turned around, there was a whole crowd watching us :DDD (but i think they were waiting for their turn rather than watching us play...? cuz that was the most hot game in the then lau kokok star cruise) i dunno why i'm reminiscing the past when i'm supposed to be talking about my Time Crisis 3. oh. one thing about TC3. i dunno why i end up shooting the enemy's crotch most of the time and they die in pain. i can understand that. (no, it was not deliberate. i realised that only after shooting 5 terrorists in the crotch.)

then we went to tea valley, had a couple of things to drink and eat, and went home. erh. if i'm not wrong... something interesting..happened...? eh? was it this same night? hq went to watch movie and hz went to friend's chalet (was it a birthday chalet?). then lh came my house to play phoenix wright.

then!! at night!! hq came over... so hq lh liz and i started on a midnight mahjong session!! :DDD (hz said she'd come but she never did. wah lao 4pm saga not enough) hahaha. i think it was quite funny. i dunno why the mahjong tile numbers frequently go wrong. erh. i ever threw out a chicken thinking it was yi shuo (crane?). LOL.

finally, liz died at 4am. so we ended up playing "flip the tile memory game". only hq was really awake...lh and i were simply flipping for the sake of flipping. LOL.

and hz had the cheek to sms, "you guys still awake?" at 4 something am. hahahahaha.

okok. i think this post is a bit long. next update later! ;D

AND CONCLUSION? the bowling tickets are still in lh's possession. hahahhahaa.

ughhh!!! has my curse of the year begun??? a few months ago, i read my chinese zodiac fortune telling. it says, "your year is so so lor." ok. then, after a few months, i read another one. "THIS YEAR IS NO NO FOR YOU! your friends will cheat you, you will mysteriously remain pok-kai, you will this you will that--BE CAREFUL GUARD YOUR ASS UPSIDE DOWN! but. your next two years are sweet and ripe for the taking~~ SO IF YOU SURVIVE THIS YEAR! so, what do i mean by my curse has begun. see, let me tell you a big secret. if you're planning to rob anyone, it's definitely not me. somehow, after working for almost two years, my bank account never actually hit 2k. do you believe that? me? giam siap butt juice, never actually hit 2k??? (i am seriously wondering how the fak i survived the last two year) i kept thinking "i am a fresh graduate! hahaha. hahaha!" yah fresh my ass, graduation is almost 2yrs ago, and i'm still pok-kai. what the hell. i don't know why i'm so poor. wah lao. by this time i should be having like 5 digits in my bank but noooo. i'm fighting the 3 digits. dammit.

then when i think back, i have very strange encounters with jobs. i choose jobs that don't pay me. LOL. don't ask where i worked. must protect reputation, see. if you're changing jobs, let me know the names. then again, people in my circle won't end up at the places i worked lah so i think it's fine. erhh. then again you can't be too sure. hahaha. my heart will skip 2 beats if you tell me you're dealing with fuel management or trophies.

that's one of the curses. the next curse is pretty stupid.

i am growing wider around my tummy. following this curse is a bike that is in permanent "brake" state. it's horrible. i feel this is the Higher Power's way of telling me to exercise. early in the morning, rushing to take company transport, i'm bloody fighting friction. kanin... anyway, i think i brought this upon myself. the brake has broken for almost a week and i forgot to report the damage to my mother. hahahaha.

and following this curse is a horrendous amount of work that suddenly poured in after 3pm today. i was so free these few days i started doing stupid things like packing things over and over and actually plotting a phoenix wright fanfiction. today i even started writing phoenix wright fanfiction (no doubt, with an incomplete plot in my head. i think this case is will be a loophole where readers contradict the reader rather than wright contradicting the witnesses). BUT

ok, a little background story before you understand this.
Nov 10 - the first day of my work
Dec ?? - mailed out invoices for Manual Billing to Hewlett-Packard (Asia Pacific, supposedly based in SG)
Jan - All the entire stack of Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec Invoices were rejected, and delivered back to us this week

why? because
1. Type wrongly (King of careless mistakes = me)
2. Document wrong charges (don't ask me about calculations in sept and oct... i don't know!!)
3. No documents attached (wah best, tell customer pay money but never tell them what they ship)
4. some mumbo jumbo reasons even I am confused

this piece of work is a nightmare. in all honesty, i had no mentors to teach me how to do this. i also super geh kiang. the one who asked me to do was not supposed to be in charge so i dun blame him. but my manager leh??!! wah lao bo xia one entire month suddenly "HPGP mail out liao not??? need money!! annual revenue!!" so, me thinking "sai lah, backdated liao, must mail out fast!" just went to mail out everything. wah lao. now this ghost come back and haunt us. and now the director is asking us the details for the whole problem. and after listening, all of us were so confused he said, "wah lao you all do things very jia lat leh!!!"

erhhh. the only error i can admit to is carelessness (sigh.. it's a mistake that i may very well carry to my grave, cuz that's exactly what Ms Karen Ng told me when i was in sec 3-4--i can write beautifully emo compositions but i kill them with my careless mistakes).

but the rest!? might i point out--and be honest lah--everyone was clueless how to do it!!! the only reason the director is chupping now is
1. manager take leave (<-- he like every 2 days missing sia, recently o.o bet he's running away)
2. General Manager shooting around
and honestly!! until now i'm still bloody studying the things i'm doing leh! it took me a month to get a gist of the stuff, and for the manual billing part, i just did as i was told--no idea what i was supposed to look out for man!! if you tell me manual trax i do wrongly i should die, ok lah, i admit i should because by now i should be king liao. if you tell me calculation i must 98% correct, i also ok lah. but manual billing, which everyone is clueless about!! imaging you working on something called manual trax for a month, suddenly someone ask you to do manual billin and send out, you will be confused anot!?

then a big stack of ghost come back never mind. kanin... i still saw a lot of errors inside!! last time i dunno how to read document so i didn't care a lot (i trusted my superior and colleagues to know what to look out for, so they no reaction means nothing--i now realise i am wrong -.-|||)... ugh now that i know how to read (somewhat), i wanna die. discovered a mountain full of mistakes. (ok no lah, not so exaggerating, but it just means more delays. wahhh.)

curse curse curse. cursseeeeee. if you ask me who to blame, blame me lor. no mentor and don't ask, i stupid mah abcdefg happy liao not!!! hmmmpphhhhhhhh! grrrr. some more this few days i blur kok due to phoenix wright withdrawal symptoms (???).

my inconsistency in posting!

first, i must apologise--i am so sorry i died again. this time is because once i come home, i become too damn lazy--i imagine that pressing the "on" button is like running 2.4km (???). then also, my routine has changed-- i come home, first thing i do is play phoenix wright (i'm replaying to voice act hahaha. it's my new hobby!), next thing i do is eat, next thing i come back and wright, then i watch show and then sleep. : D

dunno why today damn hardworking though, come online and post :x

so here it is---what should i do??? although i now have internet access at the office, i cannot go onto blogger!!! ...

hmm. well, if i don't post for a few days, erh... i guess i won't exceed not posting for 5 days?? hahahaha. okok. tell you what. maybe i will compensate by writing a longer post. ... doh.

whatever it is, on with my usual ramblings~

on a peaceful sunday, i went on to complete Summon Night II and Xenogears together. yeah man. i completed Xenogears in the afternoon and complained, "kanin...! stupid ending leh! the dubbing is so horrible! i could voice act Krelian Fei and Elly altogether myself and still sound better leh! what's with this bunch of naked Adams and Eve running in abstract space and talking about love and peace and God???" wah lao. frakced up (???); Disc 1 so damn fun Disc 2 so damn dumb. kns.

then Summon Night II. i started mourning when i thought... (spoilers spoilers) (then again who plays this wulu game anyway) that...nesty had died!!! but after the credits... WOW OWOWWOW SUPER HAPPY

ok to tell you the truth, i was partly motivated to write stories after playing Summon Night II. (seems like my desire to blog and desire to write stories can be somewhat related) i am soooo happpyyyyyyyy. rabu rabu. Liz said nesty and Magna felt gay. i just thought they felt very brotherly. but whatever.

so, either way, i dunno why suddenly i wanted to write phoenix wright fanfiction. gahahahaa. i doubt i would ever post it, because it's so loopholish. btw i used to love Detective Conan and worship the Sherlock Holmes whom i never quite knew who he was although he was famous. oddly, i never read Kindaichi.

and i have finally continued watching Dragon Ball. although i always knew, it reminded me just how bloody funny the animation is. for some reason, the things that are laughable are so stupid...they're just... erh... i dunno lah. haha. Goku remains my top favourite. strangely, piccolo might just come in second. LOL.

actually i found my chipmunk singing. now thinking how to upload. hahahahaha.

oh, dead brained, dead brained...

once upon a time, there was a dumb ass. the dumb ass peels banana from its backside to its frontal side. (what obscene description.) and the dumb ass cracks crab shells like...well, crap. this ultimate dumb ass does things like receive commands on a monday and confirms commands on a tuesday. an example of a command would be, "fold your blanket lah!" one day later. "did you ask me to fold blanket yesterday?"

nowww a bit of update about me life after the stupid joke. there hasn't been much happening in my life and at my job, so i find my face stiffer and stiffer everyday :( ahhhhhh!! sigh, in dire need of prosperous burger.

btw, i am seriously considering taking up 2 part time jobs instead of being just at one place. being at a routine job has resulted in a brain dead me and a dead brained blog such as THIS! not good, not good. although i like to stick to the good ol' things, i tend to become more alive in the face of newer things. (the famous... 3 minute hot degrees. (????))

maybe i should continue my Dragon Ball DVDs so i can laugh at it and talk about it on my blog. FEEL MY FANDOM.
