Kizuna! ...and Dragon Ball Evolution!

wooohoo! out of boredom, i went to surf youtube for gay anime. LOL. well, youtube was once a rich island full of treasures. but now it's a barren land. then i stumbled upon Kizuna. you know, for a gay anime, it's actually quite nice! :D no explicit stuff, just 2 guys, ranmaru and enjouji. what makes it nice is ranmaru is a bit too 'realistic' (he doubts that they can stay together because they are 'not normal') and quite easily jealous, while enjouji is the happy guy who always hoaxes ranmaru. LOL. so basically a 3rd party unwittingly sets up a misunderstanding, and ranmaru thought that enjouji has become 'straight'...and becomes angry and sad at the same time... when the air clears up, another misunderstanding begins! hahahaha.

hmm. i dunno why i talked about Kizuna. i just thought it was a rather nice watch. haha. at least it's not like eliminating boobs and adding a specific piece of meat and calling it a gay show.... ...

anyway!!! i suddenly remember Dragon Ball Evolution!

it's probably too late to say it, but it sucks!!! it is best watched either through online streaming or renting a VCD (Vcd leh, not dvd)... the characters are actually ok, but the plot sucks ass... it's as mind numbing as can be. oh GOD! if you ask me, i think Chichi is quite pretty. haha. actually the movie could've been quite ok even with a Caucasian Goku, but the plot... arhghhh i felt that it was bloody convenient and corny!! and the ending shows hints of a sequel!!!

the part that blew us all away was when Goku (spoilers! but i can't be bothered. BE SPOILT!) turned into a monkey and turned back into a human, with him saying, "I must have faith in who i am." screw YOU! hahaha. and you know, shen long (Dragon God) seems to have shrunk by 1km. wah liew. so short!! shen long no more long man!

i still dunno who is that person that's piccolo's sidekick. there was never any proper introductions to that weirdo. piccolo is a solo worker! he does not work with farnie looking minions!! (well, except his spawns...)

VERDICT! plot: 1/5 | character: 3/5 = FAIL!

i pray that a good adaptation comes soon!

to date, i still think Deathnote is one of the best manga-turned-movie. :3

so, i shall now retreat and rest for the day. seowza!
